As a sizing recommendation, the belt has an overhang - meaning it is 8 inches longer than the exact waist sizing to allow for proper closure and comfortable operation, if you would like it sized differently please choose with this in mind.

Each 2 rope thick belt is roughly 25-30mm wide :)
