Let's Make Something Together
Some of my favourite projects start with a simple question: "could you make something out of our waste?" The answer is almost always yes. Collaborations are where we take your old material — or your brand — and turn it into something people will actually want to keep.
Everything is made by hand here in Aberdeen, from waste that would otherwise end up in landfill. Climbing rope, HDPE, polypropylene — if it's headed for the bin, there's a good chance we can give it a second life with your name on it.
What a Collaboration Could Look Like
No two are the same, but here are a few to get you thinking:
- Your waste, your merch. Save up your café's empty milk bottles and we'll turn that HDPE into a run of coasters for your tables — or to sell at the counter.
- A co-branded launch. A special edition piece for an event, an anniversary, or a new opening, made from recycled plastic and stamped with your logo.
- Something totally custom. Got an idea that doesn't fit a box? Bring it to me and we'll figure it out together.
How It Works
It's pretty relaxed. You tell me what you've got and what you'd like, we chat through materials, look, and rough numbers, and I'll put together a sample so you can see and hold it before we make the full run. No big minimum orders and no pressure — just a proper conversation about making something good.
Why Work With Forma
Because the story is real. "Make Waste Useful" isn't a slogan we bolt on the side — it's the whole point. Every collaboration means less going to landfill, a product with something genuine to say, and a local Aberdeen maker rather than a faraway factory.
