Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Forma piece. This policy sets out your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how to return an item.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As you are buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. To cancel, email george@formadesignscollective.com with your order number.

Condition of returns

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. This includes standard delivery costs, but not any upgraded delivery you chose.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement. If you discover a fault, email us within 30 days and we will cover the cost of putting it right, including return postage.

One-of-one and custom items

Most of our pieces are one-of-one but not made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel applies as above. However, bespoke or custom-batch orders made to your specification (for example, items made from rope you supply, or personalised orders) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, unless they are faulty.
