About us

Forma Designs Collective is a sole trader business operated by George Brown, based at 12 Pitmedden Road, Aberdeen, AB10 7HR, United Kingdom. You can contact us at george@formadesignscollective.com.

Our products

We make accessories by hand from retired climbing rope. Many of our products are one-of-one, so the exact colours, pattern and markings will vary from piece to piece — this is part of their character. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen shows colours exactly.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders and acceptance

After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your item. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, an item is no longer available — we will let you know and give you a full refund.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your rights to cancel, return and obtain refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Reviews

Any product reviews shown on our site are from genuine, verified customers. We do not publish fake or incentivised reviews, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our brand name, logo, text, photographs and designs — belongs to Forma Designs Collective and may not be used without our permission.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Scotland.
