Climbing Rope Cup Cosy & Can Cooler

Keep your drink cold, or your coffee hot, and your hands comfy with the Forma Climbing Rope Cup Cosy. It's a handmade can cooler and cup sleeve made from genuine retired climbing rope that would otherwise end up in landfill. Pick your colour and I'll make yours to order, just for you.

Call it a cup cosy, koozie, can cooler or stubby holder. The thick woven rope sheath insulates cans, bottles and cups, keeps iced drinks cold and hot drinks warm, and gives a comfy grip whether you're at the crag, on a hike, or grabbing a coffee in town. A reusable coffee cup sleeve that will outlast the cup.

Each cosy is part of Forma's circular design approach: instead of making new materials, we recover retired climbing rope and give it a second life. Because every rope has lived a different climbing life, no two are ever exactly the same. Colours and patterns vary with the rope used.

• Made from retired climbing rope
• Works as a can cooler, koozie and cup sleeve
• Durable nylon rope insulation and grip
• Handmade to order in Scotland
• Every piece is one-of-a-kind

Colours

Choose a blue, green, black, grey, brown, yellow, purple or pink cup cosy. Since it is real used rope, each shade shifts a little from batch to batch.

A note on colour: climbing rope is rarely one solid colour. When you pick Blue, the rope in your cosy will have blue in it. It will be mostly blue, or about half blue with another colour running through it. We cannot promise a solid single colour, because every cosy is made from real retired rope and our stock changes week to week. The same goes for every colour.

Delivery

Made to order and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. UK delivery £3, or free UK shipping over £28. Arrives 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Europe £14.99, rest of world £23.99.

Packaging: it comes in kraft card packaging you can recycle. Small orders are posted in a compostable mailer bag. To be straight with you, that bag is compostable plastic and needs an industrial composting facility, not a home compost bin. Bigger orders go out in cardboard boxes reused from a local logistics company.
